Tobey hosted an unforgettable Halloween party. The 2nd annual costume contest attracted numerous staff and residents who showcased their impressive costumes. Barbara emerged as the first-place winner, followed closely by Adam from maintenance in second place, and Carl in third. Tobey won the pumpkin decorating contest, while Busi demonstrated remarkable speed in wrapping Clyvens like a mummy and took home the prize. Congrats to Lelia for winning the raffle basket.
