2026 will be 15 years in practice. It has not been easy being a solo provider, not backed by a large corporation, but my goodness has it been rewarding. We all have our why. Why do we get up every day and keep going. My why started 22 years ago when I had my son. I knew that nothing was going to stop me from being the best mom and showing him that if he shows up he will succeed. Today my why is both of my beautiful children. Showing them how to live healthy and to never stop showing up for yourself and everything will work out like it is meant to be. Ways I show up every day for myself, my children and my patients: I eat healthy, I exercise, I prioritize sleep and rest when I need it. I model what I believe to be healthy ways of living. What is your why? Who is your why? Don’t ever stop! Here is to the first 15 🥂🎉👏🏻🥳

Some perimenopausal and menopausal women react very well to microdosing Zepbound and Wegovy. More research is needed as to why, but we know that the loss of estradiol increases inflammation, cholesterol, muscle loss, and more. Loss of estradiol causes more gut inflammation. Microdosing may just be the answer. GIP and GLP are hormones made in the gut lining. Just like replacing thyroid hormones or s*x hormones or insulin/a pancreatic hormone.
