Yes, I still get my hair done. 💇‍♀️✨
No, that doesn’t cancel out all the other things I do to reduce toxins in our home and daily life.

Living a low-toxin lifestyle isn’t about perfection—it’s about awareness, intention, and consistency. 🙌🏼

Here’s what that looks like for me:
💧 Filtering our water
🥗 Making most of our meals from scratch
🌿 Using daily detox support like sauna, supplements, and regular bowel movements

This sourdough pizza moment? It’s more than dinner. It’s about teaching my kids what it looks like to fuel our bodies with love. 🍕✨

We keep it simple. We make it fun. And we prioritize real food that helps us feel good.
