This New Moon falls in the zodiac sign of Libra, cardinal air, bringing the energy of alignment, initiation, and balance. As we move toward Scorpio season on October 23rd, we begin to feel the pull toward depth, change, and transformation.
This is an invitation to fortify and align your thoughts, words, and actions so that as you enter this next cycle, you do so in integrity. When we are in alignment, what’s meant for us stays, and what’s not begins to fall away.

Radiant Awareness Meditation is a nondual style of meditation. While some meditation styles focus on an object such as the breath or body, nondual meditation focuses on the space of awareness itself.

Marcello Spinella, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience at Stockton University, where he has taught since 1999. He trained in clinical neuropsychology and conducts research on the brain, psychological wellbeing, and mindfulness. Marcello has been teaching meditation for 17 years, and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Unified Mindfulness systems.

The Practitioner
My name is Abra Merlino and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy® Advanced Practitioner, CTAA certified Meditation Practitioner, Akashic Records Reader, certified in Sound and Crystal Therapy, and am an Intuitive Reader. I had a wonderful 12 year career as a elementary school teacher. After the birth of my second child, I was fortunate enough to stay at home where I studied the facets of energy and how it works. I have always had and interest in energy work and the sacred arts since very young. As a small child around the age of 8, I had 3 profound transcendental experiences. A diagnosed thyroid condition in 2009 inspired me to find alternative ways to heal myself especially when western medicine wasn't working effectively. Now in remission since 2011, this journey of self-healing and exploration compels me today to share these amazing energy healing arts and their benefits for everyone on every level.
All that would like to step into their power, heal, learn spiritual self-care, expand their breadth of knowledge, connect with a community of like-minded individuals, or are unsure of what they are looking for but feel this is the place for them are welcomed through Shift Studio's doors.
