January hit my family with sickness and I know we are not alone. With everything happening right now, locally and nationally, I can feel how overwhelmed so many nervous systems are. Including my own. 🥺

Shoulder pain isn’t always coming from the shoulder. Sometimes it’s compensation, rotation, overuse, stress, or old patterns your body has been holding onto for years without realizing it.

This client came in with:
•right shoulder pain
•deltoid & bicep discomfort
•tension in infraspinatus and teres minor
•forward rotation in shoulder and hip

I’m not a functional movement therapist but I am someone who pays attention to the whole body, not just the pain.

One session made a visible difference…and we are just getting started.
