Join us on Dec 17th (5 pm) to celebrate the grand opening of our newest program, “Rincon Assisted Living”. Meet Becky Spring (Turning Point’s Residential Care Director)! This is a 54-bed facility for seniors (ages 60+) with a serious mental health diagnosis. Rincon Assisted Living is a Ventura County Behavioral Health contract facility operated by Turning Point Foundation.

Address is 67 E. Barnett St., Ventura, CA 93001. RSVP to Irina, Veronica, Julie or Cathalina by calling 805-643-2176. We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy the holiday celebration together.

Thanks to the help from our friends at Costco (Oxnard), these 12 lb pre-cooked smoked Turkeys were delivered for clients to enjoy at all our supportive housing and shelter related programs. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! And thanks for all the continued support this year. ❤️

Turning Point Foundation's Street Outreach Program showed that Veterans are at least 20% of the homeless population and 30% of those were suffering from mental illness. We felt compelled to take action and expanded our programs to address the individual needs of our Veterans and creating a safety net of support for those that have given so much.

Turning Point's Vince St. Vet House is located at 43 E. Vince St., Ventura 93001. It provides transitional housing for up to 15 Veterans, with the goal of Veterans obtaining permanent housing placement within six months. If a Veteran has not found housing within that time an extension may be approved at the discretion of the V.A. and TPF Vince Street Veteran's transitional housing staff.
