Ever wonder what a day in life of a pelvic floor PT looks like? 🤔

Look no further 😬

We love what we do! 💙

I never thought sledding with my kids would feel possible again after my tailbone injury.

Still a little scary… but totally okay 🙌

Pelvic Floor PT + SoftWave helped me get back to doing the things I love with the people I love.

If you’re dealing with pain that’s holding you back from real life- you don’t have to just live with it.

She was early postpartum. Mom of 4. Doing pelvic floor PT.

But still dealing with leakage, heaviness, and that “tampon stuck” feeling most of the day.

After her pessary fitting, she said:
“I haven’t felt that pressure or heaviness at all during my daily activities.”

Still occasional leaking - but huge progress.

A pessary isn’t giving up. It’s a tool.
It can be temporary, activity-specific, or longer term - everyone is different. Sometime things just resolve on their own, and sometimes we need help and that’s okay too.

Pelvic floor PT can still be key for long-term strength and symptom improvement. Posture, resolving tension, learning pressure management, and building back to safe strength program is usually needed.

Heaviness doesn’t have to be your new normal.
DM me if you want to know if this could be an option for you.

Perfection is hard to achieve. Are you trying to be a perfect mama, A perfect businesswoman or employee?

STOP! trying to be perfect. It is damaging your relationship with your teen and hurting your dreams.

If you’re a mama, be a good mama. It is enough. You’re likely the only one expecting perfection. If your teen knows you care and are trying your best, you’ve done enough ❤️

We’re hiring! Dynamic Flow PT is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and comfortable working with all genders, including men’s pelvic health.

This is an incredibly rewarding specialty with a huge need in our community and patients who are deeply appreciative of the care they receive.

Our approach blends pelvic health with orthopedic and sports rehab when appropriate. While about 90% of our caseload is pelvic health, we frequently help clients return to activities, athletics, and full-body function by treating the body as a whole, and general orthopedic issues as well.

We also utilize advanced treatment options including SoftWave therapy (an elite shockwave technology), pessary fittings, and re**al balloon training. We are always striving to expand and improve our services.

We are open to mentoring and training the right candidate. Pelvic health experience and education is strongly preferred, along with a solid orthopedic background. Visceral training huge plus since this is huge part of our sessions.

Know a PT who would be a great fit? Please share or reach out!

Why does it take so long for people with pelvic pain to get the right care?

She was in her early 20s. Newly married. A runner.

One fall led to a year of tailbone pain so severe she couldn’t sit or work. Her husband had to help her move.

She did everything she was told. Multiple medical appointments. Generic PT. Kegels. Exercises.

Nothing changed—because no one was asking the right questions.

Pelvic pain isn’t always about weakness. And it isn’t solved by exercises alone.

This is why how you evaluate matters.

If this story feels familiar, you’re not broken and you’re not alone.

We’re passionate about the physical therapy care we provide, but adding SoftWave Therapy has truly elevated our results for so many clients.

This case is a great example. Foot and toe pain, numbness, and back pain with radiating symptoms can be complex, especially when more than one area is involved. By treating both the foot and the spine, we were able to address the full picture instead of just chasing symptoms.

In just a few sessions, this client experienced significant pain relief and improvement in nerve and joint-related symptoms. Wins like this remind us why we do what we do. So proud of our services we offer and excited to keep helping people move and feel better!

Could your UPPER traps be causing you headaches, neck pain, or shoulder pain?

Is constant stretching not helping?

What if I told you it was overuse of the upper traps and underuse of the rest of the trapezius muscle?

What many don’t know is that the trapezius muscle is comprised of 3 parts: upper, middle, and lower.

Meaning there are three different directions that the muscle fibers are going. Meaning targeting the whole muscle isn’t that simple.

Simple shrugs ain’t gonna cut it.

The middle and lower traps play a big role in optimal function of the neck and shoulders.

Here are three of our favorite exercises that help you get out of the upper traps and into a whole new world of engagement!

Try them out and let us know what you think! 🤔
