This weeks BBS Motivational Monday goes out to our BBS Advocate Joe Campos 🙌🏼

You have probably seen him featured on our social media before but today marks a very special day on his fitness journey!

When Joe walked into BBS Ventura in February 2016 he weighed a little over 300lbs. He had a very stressful and demanding job that made it difficult to stay on track. While most people look for a "magical pill" Joe was looking to improve his life. It wasn't an easy journey but Joe was dedicated and listened to us even when he was having his bad days. Taking the right products for his goals and carefully adjusting his nutrition made it easier for Joe to achieve his goals!
