In times our heart is tender and needs some love and support or we simply wish to indulge, we turn to cacao and rose, our herb of the month.🌹🍫This drink feels like a hug, a hug that accepts us just as we are.🫂✨

Recipe:
Make one cup of Rose tea by a 10-15 min infusion with hot water and 1 tbsp of dried Rose.🌹Strain and set aside. Using one cup of water bring to a boil and low heat. Whisk in 1–2 teaspoons of ceremonial cacao (or unsweetened cocoa powder) until fully dissolved and smooth.🍫
If you would like, sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener, and add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla if desired.🍯
Pour into your favorite mug, take a moment to inhale the aroma, slowly sip, and enjoy ❤️
