It’s not about ignoring reality… it’s about choosing where you place your focus.

Some days, the most powerful thing you can do… is show up for yourself. 🌿

Not perfectly.
Not with everything figured out.
But with a willingness to be present with what is.

You don’t have to wait for someone else to validate you, fix you, or lift you up.
There is a quiet strength in learning how to meet yourself where you are… and choose yourself anyway.

Healing doesn’t always look big or dramatic.
