✨ Meet Me – Zara Zaratsyan ✨

I come from a long line of doctors and healers, and while I trained as an OB-GYN & sexologist in Armenia, my soul journey led me into the world of coaching, spirituality, and somatic healing. 🌿

After moving to the U.S. in 2000, I earned a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and spent the last 15+ years immersed in holistic practices — yoga, breathwork, ta**ra, meditation, and community-based healing.

Today, I hold space through private coaching, breathwork, and heart-led cacao ceremonies, guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner wisdom. 💗

Also a classical pianist & longtime teacher, I weave music, movement, and mindfulness to support deep transformation — in safe, soulful spaces where we heal together.
