I locked myself out of my own laptop… 😅

All because I changed my password.

On vacation.
With a course dropping Monday.
And people waiting on me.

Hours trying to fix it.

Frustration rising.

That moment where something small turns into something way bigger than it should.

Here’s what I had to remind myself:

👉 Not everything has to be solved right now
👉 Stress doesn’t fix the problem
👉 Sometimes you just need to step away

So I did.

Closed the laptop… and went skiing ⛷️

Because this journey isn’t going to fall apart over one mistake.

I was up until 3AM finishing my course… 😅

And I’ll be honest—I’m exhausted.

I opened my telehealth course for beta testers thinking I’d be ahead…

But they are right on my heels.

Which is amazing.
And also… a lot.

Late nights. Pressure to deliver. Trying to keep up.

And then my husband said,
“We’re leaving for spring break.”

And I realized something:

👉 You can be building something meaningful…
👉 And still need to step away

Because if you don’t pause,
you lose sight of why you’re building it in the first place.

So today I’m choosing both:

Progress AND presence.

Spring break with my family 💛

One of the things we love most at Children’s Therapy Network is that kids aren’t always working alone in a quiet room with just a therapist.
