As we step into a new year, I just want to pause and say thank you.

In 2025, our team had the honor of supporting over 500 families across Ventura County, serving children and caregivers through our Ventura and Newbury Park clinics. That number represents trust, hard work, progress, resilience, and so many small wins that add up to big change.

To our families—thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
To our therapists, staff, and community partners—thank you for showing up every day with heart, skill, and purpose.
And to this community—thank you for believing in what we do.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited, hopeful, and deeply committed to continuing to grow, serve, and support families in even more meaningful ways.

Last week we had the absolute joy of hosting our annual Grinchmas celebration for the children and families we serve—and these photos say it all. From giggles and pajamas to ice cream smiles and Grinch sightings, it was a day full of warmth, connection, and holiday magic.

Today my HR dream team took some very well-deserved time to celebrate a year of success 💛

This group has helped create something incredibly special—a workplace where people truly love to work, feel supported, and feel seen.

✨ Roberta, our Chief Happiness Officer, brings the joy. From fun activities to motivation, appreciation, birthdays, anniversaries—she makes sure no one is overlooked and that connection is always part of our culture.

✨ Julie brings the calm, steady grounding energy. Her patience, organization, and thoughtful boundaries have helped bring structure to HR while staying deeply human. She has been instrumental in bringing on the right people—the ones who protect and grow our culture.

✨ And Nolan, our rockstar marketer, has spent much of 2025 living in the recruiting world—searching high and low for mission-driven therapists who want to do meaningful work and help kids grow.

So today we stepped away, went to Six Flags Magic Mountain, scared the pants off ourselves 🎢😆, laughed nonstop, and just enjoyed being together.

Grateful for this team. Grateful for the work they do. And grateful for moments like this that remind us why culture actually matters. 💙
