UV power level at just about sunrise today. Zero. You usually find UV light doesn’t emerge until about 20 minutes after sunrise (this depends where you are in the world). Even at that time it is very weak registering 00.1 on the meter.

So get out there for the uv free red and blue light heavy sunrise which, among many other things, starts production/release of hormones and preps your skin to safely withstand stronger sun later in the day. Hang around for just a little while until that tiny bit of purple light (uv) emerges to combine with infrared-A and some tryptophan in your eye to start making melatonin for good sleep later that night and enabling strong, energy efficient mitochondria. Not to mention keeping your circadian rhythm and cellular clocks set properly and synchronized at the time nature intended.

Your doctor or dermatologist cannot prescribe a pill more powerful than this for good health, hormones, skin or sleep. Try not to miss sunrise, it's one of, if not the most influential health hacks available to you.

Stress is such a prominent part of many of our lives, we choose it for its familiarity. When the body stands in good form we reduce tension and increase our capacity to breathe deeply. Holding your breath causes unnecessary stresses and tension to the body and mind. Breathing correctly allows you to move more smoothly, endure longer, and remain calm.
