I’ve had some incredible myofascial release sessions with Celeste (saw yellow chakra snowflakes, laughed super hard and then fell into a fit of tears- felt super balanced afterwards and meant to be here). I sent my mom as well. Mom says she “felt uncontrollable shaking and then cold sensation”. Celeste does kids too- Clover (was 3) & I combined our sessions while I was pregnant which worked great. Clovers myofascial release was going from cranky, teary, anxious to petting my face while laying next to her and whispering stuff to herself and laughing.
