This weekend is our in house competition. I am so excited for this season! This summer was full of ups and downs. With that brought a lot of progress. I watched each one of my athletes overcome the day to day life of practices. Having a great day one and a horrible the next. This summer, my focus was creating memories along the way and challenging my athletes. Boy, did they surprise me more than I ever expected. Can't wait to see them this weekend at our Pumpkin meet. Here's to 2025-2026 competition season levels 5-8!

My first competition season as a coach for Wasatch is coming to a close. I've learned so much this season. I've had the opportunity to coach three teams. Excel team and two other competition teams. Excel is our introduction to Wasatch's competition team and the extra training and the opportunity to compete.Thank you for teaching me patience and to laugh during the hard times. Here's to the rest of the season.

* Tuesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
* Wednesday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
* Thursday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
* Friday morning: appointment only

Yaeger

I was referred to Yaeger about 6 months ago. I booked my first appt with him because I had lower back pain that would come and go along with a constant pain In my hip. When the back pain would come I couldn’t sleep, I could barely walk, it took my breath away.
Not to mention the constant throbbing in my hip that was never relieved by anything.
I had been going to the chiropractor a few times a week - getting massages from other therapists - stretching - pain pills - rest. Nothing helped.
I went to have reiki done hoping it would help and my she suggested Yaeger because he specialized in trauma massage and she could feel that I had something blocking but it wouldn’t release.
Yaeger was able to correspond with the reiki practitioner with the issues I was having, asked me all the questions, did his assessment and then do his trauma massage. After only 2 sessions with Yaeger, my back pain and hip pain was completely gone and it hasn’t been back.
He is knowledgeable in his field. He is exceptional at what he does.
I recommend him highly.
