For Advance Notice:
Seitz Eye Care is going to be closed for a power outage on February 12, 2025 until about 11:30 AM.
Our office will be unreachable until about 11:30 am as the power will be out at our location. If you have any need to call us, our phones will be operable again after 11:30 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we are working with the power company to avoid this in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

As of November 1, 2024 we will no longer be able to accept Opticare Vision insurance. We will still be happy to bill PEHP, as well as other insurances, for eye exams and materials.
