We are so excited to welcome Venus Velez, FNP-C, MSN to Ashley Valley Family Practice 🤍

Venus was born right here in Vernal and is honored to be serving the community she calls home. After completing her Nurse Practitioner degree at Rocky Mountain University, she knew she wanted to return to the Uintah Basin to care for the people who make this place special.

Her philosophy is simple:
Advocacy & Education — empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
