A Moment With Nature To Slow Down and Just Be 🍄‍🟫

This Saturday don't miss out on Quayle's special offering! Starting at 11:45am we'll make the jaunt from the yoga studio over to Ashley Nature Park (plan your own transportation or to carpool with a friend) for an Unforgettable time in nature. Plan to bring your own sack lunch, and layer up in case it gets chilly. Upon our return to the yoga studio at around 02:30pm Quayle is offering a rest and digest Nidra meditation.

When was the last time you focused on being present with the elements, feeling the world around you, and enjoyed a moment to slow down? Now is your chance! Join us this Saturday the 28th, whether you sign up for just this session, or join us for the day! Payment plans are flexible, and we want the experience to feel accessible! Don't be afraid to reach out.

Forest Bathing / Guided Nature Therapy (Shinrin-yoku): A gentle, guided practice of immersing yourself in nature using all five senses—slowing down to mindfully connect with the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of the forest to reduce stress and restore well-being.

Mindful Eating: The practice of bringing full awareness to the experience of eating—savoring each bite, noticing flavors and textures, and tuning into hunger and fullness cues to cultivate a healthier, more intentional relationship with food.

Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep,” where you rest in a state between waking and sleeping to deeply relax the body, calm the nervous system, and access profound mental and emotional restoration.

During our upcoming 💘Self Love Immersion Retreat, we’re going beyond the surface. We’ve invited the incredible ‼️Liz Paxson (LMT)‼️ to lead a special session dedicated to the "possibilities" of a healthy body. Liz has been practicing since 2011 with one goal: to decrease suffering and increase possibilities.

From 11:00 AM – 11:40 AM, Liz will be guiding us through a hands-on exploration of Fascia—the connective tissue that can hold us back when it’s tight, or set us free when it's cared for.

The "Self Love" Take-Home:
We want you to take this feeling home with you. Every attendee will receive a specialized fascial release tool to keep! 🎁

A Symphony of the Soul: A Special Collaboration 🕯️✨

This Saturday, our morning ritual at Uinta Yoga is expanding into something truly extraordinary.

As a cornerstone of our Self-Love Immersion Day Retreat, our 9:30 AM Sound Healing & Journaling experience will be a powerful collaboration between two facilitators. We are thrilled to announce that Katie will be joining Ivory to co-create a fully immersive, "surround-sound" sanctuary.

With two practitioners weaving frequencies together, the resonance will be deeper and the healing container even stronger. This is more than a class; it is an invitation to drop out of the "noise" of the world and into the stillness of your own heart.

The Journey:
📔 Guided Journaling: A space to honor your Satya (your truth) and reflect on the season of life you are currently navigating.
🥣 Immersive Sound Alchemy: A layered tapestry of sound, using multiple sets of bowls to vibrate through the fascia and release what no longer serves you.

A Gentle Awakening: Heart-Opening Yoga with Gina ☀️🕊️

How you begin your day sets the frequency for everything that follows. That’s why we are starting our Self-Love Immersion Retreat on February 28th with the soft, intentional guidance of Gina.

Before the world gets loud, we will gather at 7:30 AM for a light tea and breakfast bar—allowing our bodies to wake up slowly in community. Followed by an Opening Circle and Heart-Opening Yoga practice.

This isn't about perfect poses; it’s about ✨making space. Gina’s practice is designed to gently peel back the layers of tension we carry in our chests and shoulders, helping us breathe deeper and walk into the rest of our retreat with an open, receptive heart. 🤍
