❓Have you ever noticed how your body tries to talk to you??
👣Your body: “Hey… I’m a little stressed."
You: drink coffee for energy ☕, push through the task list, eat the extra sugar for a boost, or take a painkiller to alleviate the pain.
👣Your body: “Maybe some rest?”
You: scroll on your phone and get distracted, so you stay up an extra couple of hours later than planned
👣Your body: “Fine… I'll create more pain until you start paying attention.”
👣This is one of the reasons foot zoning is so fascinating.
Your feet hold a map of your entire body, and all its systems. During a Foot zone session, it can be like having a conversation between your body and mind.
