We are seeking team members who want a job that is rewarding and want to go home at the end of the day knowing you've made a positive impact on somebody's life. Endeavor place is a adolescent residential facility for substance use disorder.
The position available is part time hours vary and work every other weekend. Salary is $12 -$14.00 per hour and based on experience.
The responsibilities of this position involve:
**Modeling appropriate boundaries at all times.
**Being a positive role model to our residents.
**Maintain good communication with staff, counselors, and director.
**Documentation of client behavior.
**Provide dependable and consistent supervision to residents.
*"Driving clients to and from school and recreational outings.
Must have driver's license, 21years or older, pass a Minnesota background study, and if applicable 2 years free from chemical use problems.
