Stepping into leadership within our community comes with its own weight. Especially when you can feel the magnitude of what’s coming, but don’t yet have a clear roadmap. That uncertainty can be confusing and frustrating. But now, we know exactly who the f*** we are. We’re locked into a bigger vision, one that goes beyond grinding and hustling for the sake of it. This is about creating real impact and actually enjoying the journey. It’s about celebrating our wins, being present, and allowing ourselves to fully experience the fruits of our labor instead of constantly chasing the next goal without pause.
Thank you and for giving us an unforgettable weekend where we went in not knowing what to expect and coming out leveled up versions of ourselves. Jasmin and I truly cannot put it into words of the cellular change we both went through!!

When kids get adjusted, it fills your cup in a different way. It’s an honor that I know my colleagues and I don’t take lightly. So many adults come to us and tell how long their health struggles have been ongoing… Stories that often start in childhood.
