Meet Martha — proof that when you have the right support, anything is possible. 🧡

She first discovered Orangetheory in September of 2024. Since joining, Martha’s been on an incredible journey — taking control of her health, improving her A1C, and closing in on her goal of losing 100 lbs (she’s almost there!). ​

Her “why”? Simple: her health and her people. From her family and bosses to the OTF coaches who cheer her on every class, Martha’s found a community that believes in her just as much as she believes in herself. ​
