Social-Emotional Learning helps both kids and adults better understand emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop decision making skills that support long term wellbeing. In our newest blog, we explore what SEL is, why it matters across the lifespan, and how simple practices can strengthen emotional awareness and resilience. We were honored to be invited back to the Lake County FeBRRuary Institute Day on Friday, February 13, hosted by the Lake County Regional Office of Education. Our team hosted a resource booth and also connected with local educators, administrators, nurses, deans, counselors, and social workers through several presentations focused on practical mental health support in school communities. Our presentations included Untangling ADHD and Developmental Trauma, Caring Through Crisis: Resilience Tools for Helping Professionals, From Resistance to Resilience: Understanding and Addressing School Avoidance, and Finding Balance, Restore, and Reset. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with helping professionals who support students every day.

We support athletes by looking beyond performance alone and caring for the whole system they train within. Our Mental Sports Performance programs help identify external pressures, normalize stress as an adaptive response, and reduce unnecessary pathologizing so athletes can build sustainable confidence and resilience. By strengthening each athlete’s broader support network, we help performance grow from a grounded and healthy foundation.
