We support athletes by looking beyond performance alone and caring for the whole system they train within. Our Mental Sports Performance programs help identify external pressures, normalize stress as an adaptive response, and reduce unnecessary pathologizing so athletes can build sustainable confidence and resilience. By strengthening each athlete’s broader support network, we help performance grow from a grounded and healthy foundation. On February 5th we celebrated our office expansion with an open house, and more than 80 community partners joined us for an evening of connection, conversation, and tours of our newly expanded space, and it meant so much to celebrate this milestone together. We loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new partners, and sharing excitement about the ways we can continue supporting mental health and well-being in our community.
