As part of our specialized adolescent program, our clients recently participated in a meaningful food exposure experience where each group researched, prepared, and shared a traditional dish from Turkey, Greece, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates. After cooking together, clients presented their dishes to the larger group, explaining why they chose their country, when the dish is typically eaten, and what it represents in that culture. This hands-on experience encouraged curiosity, connection, and confidence while exploring new foods in a supportive environment. We’re proud of the creativity and courage each client brought to the table.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but finding the right therapist makes all the difference. Our newest blog and free resource walk you through the do’s and don’ts of searching for a therapist, how to identify your needs, and what questions to ask to build a trusting connection that supports real healing.
