Hello family, friends, and the greater Chicagoland area! I am thrilled to announce the launch of my private counseling practice, Rooted Therapy PLLC! Over the past few years, many of us have come to recognize mental health as a significant area of our lives that needs attention and care. My desire is to provide support to my clients to root themselves in kindness and love, towards themselves and the world around them. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider and am committed to improving the everyday quality and functioning of individuals who live with ADHD. I use evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EFT), while maintaining cultural competence and sensitivity. I also provide premarital/marital counseling, and am trained to address concerns around anxiety and mood disorders. Hey everyone! Thanks so much for following me here on this page. Sorry that I haven't been very active, as I have changed roles from private practice to working in a university setting.
