Day 6 of our 12 days of Christmas was ugly sweater day . We would like to Thank Alabama Hospice Care for making Hot Chocolate for our residents and staff. We had a great day full of games and laughs .

Day #5 in our 12 days of Christmas was Christmas hats and socks day.

Tracey Strickland searched high and low and found Chuck the elf.

Alot of laughs were had while the residents played games with staff.

On day 4 of the 12 days of Christmas, Vernon kindergarten visited to sing Christmas carols for the residents. Today’s theme is Shine bright like a light.

We are launching the 12 Days of Christmas festivities with Pajama Day. Staff members, be on the lookout for Chuck the Christmas elf, and if you find him, please bring him to the Activity Department to receive your prize.

The Lamar County School of Technology brought holiday Cheer to Generations of Vernon today, treating our residents to an annual tradition of singing Christmas carols.

We are so grateful to the Mary Wallace Cobb Memorial Library for donating Generations of Vernon all of their audiobooks. The residents will love these.
