Unwinding, Relaxing, Taking a Moment/Hour/Day is definitely NOT 'doiing nothing'.

These actions are SELFCARE! Everyone dishes their energy and attention to others and almost always puts THEIR needs to the back burner. If we give and give and never get, we will be EMPTY. What is there to give if they are physically, emotionally, or mentally empty.

P.S. I always recommend getting Massages, perfect way to release, relax, and refresh! My studio is in Vernon on Hartford Turnpike.
