At 6:30 this Wednesday, I will be guiding a 75 minute yoga class. 🧘🏻‍♀️
The class will suitable for all levels, but geared towards relaxation. 🌙

This class will be in SBN’s incomplete new space upstairs. Renovations are taking longer than expected & we’re too excited to use the space to wait any longer! This is your way of getting a sneak peak 👀 into the new space AND get a little ‘me time’. 💗

It’s donation-based, so pay what you like. ☺️
