This is to offer more secure patient messaging as well as access to your records. This takes the place of previous patient fusion. Please send all requests through the portal and refrain from using social media to contact our provider or employees regarding your Healthcare, as this is not HIPPA compliant and does not document the encounter in your chart which is important for documentation.
