Michelle Burberry is a licensed Massage Therapist who practices within Florida Spine Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Clinic in Vero Beach. She is a Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist credentialed with Lymphology Association of America, a Florida licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and a former Dental Hygienist. As a CLT-LANA and Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist, she is specially trained in the gentle, traditional Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and is qualified to help you recover from post-surgical edema/swelling with the detoxifying benefits and expedited healing benefits of manual lymphatic drainage. She has completed continuing education in plastic surgery recovery and fibrosis massage by a board approved provider. She is also skilled in many other modalities such as, but not limited to Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, TMJD massage (jaw joint dysfunction), cupping, Kinesio taping, and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue massage). Additionally, she has completed Upledger Institute training in Craniosacral 1 and will complete Craniosacral 2 training in the Fall of 2023. Her first two degrees were from the Ohio State University in Sociology and Dental Hygiene. She became a PTA in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After becoming a CLT through the Norton School of Lymphatics, she became certified with Lymphology Association of North America in 2016. She received certification as a Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist from the Norton School of Lymphatics as well. Michelle earned her diploma of Sports and Medical Massage from Indiana Wellness College, graduating with highest honors, and was the recipient of the Golden Heart Award
