Daylight Saving Time ended this weekend, make sure to check that your clocks are updated. While the extra hour of sleep sounds great for parents, the time change can sometimes throw off our little ones’ routines.
Tips to help your child adjust:
🌙 Start bedtime 10–15 minutes earlier.
☀️ Get plenty of morning sunlight to help reset their internal clock.
