Your body speaks through pain, inflammation and anxiety. I have dedicated myself to a life of holistic wellbeing since my breast cancer diagnosis in 2020.

Carolyn's intuition and blend of Massage, Craniosacral, Lymphatic & Reiki addresses all your body's needs. My transformative journey truly began, however, in 2017 when I walked away from a corporate career in search of my life’s purpose. This period of exploration led me down a spiritual path to Arizona and energy healers who believed I had healing gifts. It continued with completion of a life coaching certification which opened more conscious awareness to limited beliefs and assumptions I needed to shed. While I was convinced it was time to leave the familiar behind and continue my journey of discovery, I wasn’t exactly sure where this path would lead me. The answer slowly – and painfully - revealed itself between 2017 and 2019 after the deaths of both my parents and my brother John’s suicide. Through an energy healing, I unlocked deep-seated trauma blocked at a cellular level resulting from unaddressed fear, grief, and anger, including unresolved grief from the loss of my first-born infant son, Ian. Once freed, space opened for heart-healing helping me reduce stress in my life, and allowing me to embrace my gift of clairsentience as a compass to navigate a new path forward. It wasn’t until my breast cancer diagnosis, however, that I discovered the connection to mind, body, and spirit in my own healing. I began questioning my beliefs about Western medicine and rather than blindly conform to prescription protocols, I sought alternative options. I cleaned up my diet and incorporated Reiki healing and meditation into my daily routine and recovery. I felt the shift in my own energy and starting living the shift. I had unlocked the secret that would guide my path forward. Live in flow with life and continue to explore the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit on personal wellness.
