Last night Rosemary and I joined together to offer restorative yoga and a sound bath--a beautiful pairing to help create a sacred space of ease and relaxation. This has been a hope (dream) of mine for several years--and finally I found Rosemary. Yay! Hit reply if you would like to see more offerings like this at the Center!
