When someone comes in with ankle or calf pain, we don’t just give them stretches and send them on their way.

✅ We start with hands-on therapy and may use heat or compression, this helps target scar tissue, ease stiffness, and prep the area for movement.
✅ Then, we guide them through strengthening exercises to help their body/joints stay pain-free and supported.
