We were honored to take part in the Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s Association of Indian River County’s “Back in Form” Walk this past weekend!

From warm-up stretches to uplifting conversations, every step we took helped raise awareness for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s care, support, and research. 💪

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, showed out, and supported this incredible cause. Community is everything, and events like this remind us why we do what we do.

From her first day, Lacey has brought knowledge, compassion, and serious skill to our team and our patients. With a doctorate from Columbia, an LSVT BIG certification for Parkinson’s treatment, and a passion for helping people move better, she’s truly one of a kind.

Her focus on neuro, ortho, dry needling and vestibular rehab has helped so many in our community feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies.

Whether she’s working one-on-one with a patient or out on the golf course 🏌️‍♀️ (yes, she does that too), Lacey shows up with heart, care, and excellence.

On November 15th, Back In Form is proud to support the 22nd Annual Walk to Remember, benefiting the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association of Indian River County.

We see firsthand how these diseases impact movement, confidence, and daily life. That’s why we offer LSVT BIG, and evidence-based therapy that helps individuals with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions regain strength, balance, and independence.
