Nia Lifestyle Center Nia brings a blend of dance, healing and martial arts to the dance floor thru the natural movement of one's body and the 52 steps and stances in the program.

A total health program offering aerobic/non-aerobic movement, strengthening, flexibility, etc. A bare-foot, non-impacting, continuously moving, one-hour cardio dance class including the dance, martial and healing arts, blended into routines of steps and stances and set to music. Inquire about regular Nia classes, limited movement and chair bound classes.
