One of our clients Yambrea waited 13 years before she and her husband received their miracle child. Then Care Net walked alongside her with emotional support and prayers through the next part of their journey.
“The day I found out about our baby’s heart issues, I had an appointment at Care Net,” said Yambrea. “Every fear and worry left when I came here. I felt supported and at home. My advocate listened, prayed with me, and encouraged me. I left feeling hopeful, like tomorrow was going to be okay because of my Care Net family.”
Care Net’s one-on-one support, weekly parenting classes, Bible studies, and so much more help moms and dads in all different situations, from pregnancy through age 2 and a half of the child. Yambrea also earned diapers, a crib, baby clothes, and other essentials through the parenting program. Baby Azaleah’s heart was miraculously healed through surgery, and today the energetic toddler just turned two.
