There’s still a lot of confusion around magnesium—and it matters more than most people realize.

Many people grab magnesium citrate or magnesium oxide to help with digestion or “stay regular.” While those forms can help GI motility,absorption is poor, especially with magnesium oxide.

Most of it never reaches the tissues that actually need magnesium.

What you really want is a highly absorbable (chelated) form
