Samantha Lynch is a registered dietitian who caters to everyone from athletes and celebrities to students and stay-at-home moms. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. After graduating in 2009, she started her own nutrition counseling practice to fulfill her dream of helping people live longer, happier and more energetic lives! Samantha is known for her extensive counseling experience focused on developing a healthy balance between an active work, social, and family lifestyle. She encourages with her hands on approach during both in person office and virtual appointments. She gives menu recommendations, regularly checks in with clients, monitors food logs, helps with healthfully restocking residential and commercial kitchens, and arranges supermarket trips with clients to educate them on what to look for and give them fresh ideas. Today, Samantha is regularly called upon for her expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy within the medical community and is a frequent referral source for medical professionals, as well as other health professionals. In addition, she is frequently called upon as a nutrition expert on TV and online media outlets, and she has been cast in a national TV commercial for Nestle Health Science. Prior to founding Vero Beach Nutrition (formerly Samantha Lynch Nutrition) in 2009, Samantha received her Registered Dietitian licensure and Masters in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and completed her Dietetic Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine and the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Groups. Samantha started her career as the Co-Director of Nutrition at what is now Equinox Sports Club/NY. Samantha relocated to Vero Beach, FL with her husband and two daughters in January 2015, and still maintains a presence in NYC and other states with her virtual practice.
