I’m still working on being kind to myself every day of February for my birth month, though there aren’t always pics and I don’t always remember to post.

Sunday was day 8 and it was a beautiful day so my tiny bestie and I did some exploring. We walked in nature and listened to live music outdoors. Then I got a chocolate dipped cone at Dairy Queen.

Monday was day 9. I was exhausted after work, so I picked up food and put both me and Tiny Bestie to bed early.

Tuesday was day 10. I wore a cute dress to work that sparked joy.

Wednesday = day 11. I met with a new primary physician and really liked her! She spent over an hour with me getting my full medical history. She ordered some tests no one else has and is the first doctor I’ve really felt is trying to see the whole picture.

I also laughed long and hard watching my daughter and grandson (my tiny bestie) race up and down the road in high heels. Or click clack shoes per the 4-year-old.

It’s my birth month and I’ve been trying to remember to do something kind for myself each day. I want to document the whole month (because I’ll never remember and deliberately being kind to ourselves deserves remembering so we can keep doing it!). Days 5 and 6 went together. On day 5, I finally bought plants for the cutie planters I’ve thrifted. And on day 6 I actually planted them! Any tips for keeping them healthy? I threw out the care instructions. Anyone surprised I was diagnosed with ADHD last year? 😂. I don’t know what type of plants they are, but they spark joy.
