Due to the wood based fibers in paper, it is not the best choice, as it will create fine scratches in your lenses and cause deterioration of your coatings. Here are some tips to keep your glasses clean and scratch free. Make sure you are using a cleaner that is safe for all anti-reflective coatings, and use cotton or microfiber clothes. Call us to make an appointment with Ramona if your lenses are scratched and need to be replaced.

At Tropical Eye Associates, we always strive to deliver our ophthalmic goods in 3 - 5 working days. However, due to changes/delays in the supply chains created by COVID - 19 shutdowns, our turnaround times have been closer to 7 - 14 days in some cases. While we regret these delays, we unfortunately, have little control over it. Please be patient with us. We are doing everything in our power to expedite your orders until things get more back to normal. Thank you for understanding.

At Tropical Eye Associates, we understand how trying the current situation is, as we too are dealing with the unknowns. However, we want our patients to know that we are here for you.
Dr. Kepley is available for urgent care needs as well as essential care needs, such as eye infections, red eyes, ocular allergy issues, dry eyes, eye injuries, glaucoma treatment and management. Prescription refills for all of the above will be taken care of as well. Just call our office, speak with our staff, or leave a message and prescriptions will be processed within 24 hours.
Also, vision needs will still be handled by our licensed optician, Ramona Lease. Repair or replacement of your eyeglasses is essential for good and safe vision, and we will make sure our services are available. Contact lens patients can safely and conveniently order their replacement supplies through our Marlo application. Your contacts are shipped free to your home.
While our office hours are currently shortened, we will strive to serve your ocular and vision needs, while keeping the well being of our patients and staff a priority.
