The interview follows a highly complex, scarless skin cancer excision performed on Sarah Eggenberger, Beauty Consultant for The Today Show.

The procedure was performed at Ocean Drive® with real-time pathology support from the Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital Department of Pathology.

Dr. Lachlan Macleay, Division Chair of the Department of Pathology, provided immediate intraoperative analysis, allowing for complete cancer removal while preserving surrounding tissue.

This case highlights what’s possible when advanced surgical technique and multidisciplinary collaboration work in sync, with patient outcomes guiding every decision.
