Aerial is all about trust, technique, and a little courage 😉

Before you transition into Flying Vampire, make sure your hands + arms are set:

✅ Start in Batwing position — arms wide, elbows slightly bent
✅ Instead of gripping the silk tight, press your arms inward
➡️ Let the fabric wrap/support your upper arms + shoulders
✅ Practice a slow tilt back a few times to feel the support
✅ When your body says “YES”… let yourself fly 😍

This is a playful challenge that helps build body awareness, strength, and confidence — plus it looks wicked cool 😈

Did you know? - This is kind of crazy but it's true!
You cannot build muscle or digest protein properly in a STRESSED state. Right now social media is really pushing - LIFT MORE and EAT MORE PROTEIN.... BUT

💪 Muscle isn’t built in the gym - it’s broken down there.
Muscle is built during recovery, when your nervous system is calm and feels safe.

🍲 Protein won't feed muscles but will FEED your stress hormones to keep you in FIGHT and FLIGHT unless our body feels safe and restored. ADDING more won't help.
Every feel like you are doing a LOT and not gaining a lot?? - or maybe just gaining weight??

Yin Yoga is a practice that restores/resets your nervous system, so everything else you’re doing (eating well, lifting, training) will actually work!
