Starting with a reading or beginning your own tarot reflection practice is a great way to delve into your own journey of Shadow Work this season with added support.

I also still have one opening available for a Tarot Council client. We will share a 7-session process from 11/11-12/21 focused on what's bubbling beneath the surface (the shadow😏) to help you move through a "sticky" situation or just lean into guided support through the darkness of fall/winter until the light returns with the solstice.

It's that time of year where the 'ick' continues to make a home in our life despite our efforts to keep it at bay with the hustle and bustle of "doing."

This work is seasonal, cyclical, and unavoidable so much so that we truly cannot deny it unless we decidedly want to stay stuck in place.

Past situations, people, and lessons seem to repeat or revisit to see if we are still operating from old, outdated ways of being or if we are forging new pathways gleaned from the wisdom of our past experiences.

To know your shadow as well as you know your light is to know yourself from a place of wholeness so that you can show up as your clearest expression being uniquely you.

Your highest self does not live in your well-meaning intentions or while on your best behavior measuring how "good" or "high vibe" you are.

It lives where you are able to honor all of parts of yourself through an eternal dance of recalibrating to balance through honest self-reflection and aligned redirection.

When you are focused too heavily on others, what they've done and how they are affecting you, you are just othering yourself further away from who you actually are right now and illuminating them further into their truth while you continue to suffer.
