Even in October, UV rays can damage your eyes and contribute to long-term issues like cataracts or macular degeneration. The autumn sun sits lower in the sky, meaning more direct exposure during your commute.

Keep those shades handy and protect your vision year-round.

Our Story

Verona Vision Care was established in December 2006 by Dr. Tami Hunt and her husband, Jason.

They started at 301 South Main Street, right across the street from the current location. There was just one full time employee and Dr. Hunt was only part time. By the end of 2008, Dr. Hunt was at the office full time.

With the community's support and loyal customer base, Verona Vision Care grew enough that another doctor was needed and Dr. Wilson was hired on a part time basis in November of 2010. They were able to open up another evening and add all Saturday morning hours. They also realized the location was too small, so the Hunt's started to look into options to expand the office.

In January 2012, ground was broken for the current building at 320 South Main Street. The building was finished and the move across the street was done in early June.
