Pink Light Reset (MLK Week)

This week, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,
I’m offering a Pink Light Reset Healing Session
by donation.

Dr. King spoke often about the strain carried in the body ~
the quiet fatigue that comes from holding moral clarity in a noisy world.

Some days do not call for motivation.
They do not ask for insight or effort or improvement.
They ask for a reset.

Not the dramatic kind.
Not a weekend away or a full routine overhaul.
Just a gentle return to yourself.

This week’s Pink Light Reset is for anyone feeling:
• mentally overfull
• quietly exhausted
• “on” even when resting
• in need of calm without fixing

These sessions are not about performance or productivity.
They are about letting the nervous system soften — safely, respectfully, and without pressure.

💗 Offering Details
• 45–60 minute Pink Light Reset Healing Session
• Phone
• Donation-based (your means, your choice)
• Available this week only
• Limited spots

This offering is made in the spirit of:
rest as dignity,
calm as resistance,
and care as a moral act.

If this speaks to you, message me directly.

Pure love,
Sue 🌹

Winter Grace

After shoveling,
this blessing arrived.

Not in haste.
Not in fear.

But deer ~
moving as if the land itself
had whispered where to walk.

They did not scatter.
They did not question.

They followed the stone path
I had cleared,
hooves finding what care had revealed,
as though respect itself
could be felt beneath the snow.

I adore deer 🩷
their quiet seeing,
their listening hearts,
their trust in what is gentle.

When a path is cleared with reverence,
life remembers the way.

Only when it is dark enough
can you see the stars.

May God soften our hearts
without weakening our resolve.
May we be guided toward justice
that is compassionate,
and peace that is active and alive.
May we walk~ together,
the paths that lead to love, dignity, and freedom.

Even in winter. 🦌❄️
In remembrance of Martin Luther King Jr.

🌑 Invocation of the Seeded Moon

I moved the snow
not in darkness,
but in trust.

The sky was quiet ~
The river slightly moving
The animals and birds gathering.

Branches bowed
without breaking.
The land knew how much to hold.

It felt like angels falling from heaven ~
not to interrupt the world,
but to quiet it.

Not cast out.
Not wound
Just arriving.

White upon white,
they did not rush the earth.
They rested where they landed.

No wings needed.
No message shouted.

Only this:
You are held.
Nothing is wrong.
Stay.

Each lift of the shovel
made room
for what will pass through next.

The body grew thirsty
because effort calls water home,
and water remembers life.

Tonight, under the new moon,
nothing is missing.
Everything is beginning.

The Seeded Moon is a beginning that happens quietly,
where safety allows life to prepare itself.

It honors:
• meaning without urgency
• faith without pressure
• trust in timing

Nothing has to be proven yet.
The truth already knows where it’s going.

What I cleared
becomes passage.
What I tended
becomes shelter.

You are meant to build a sanctuary
that does not cage your spirit.

I drink, and the body receives.
I rest, and the land exhales.

No announcement is required.
No proof is needed.

The seed knows when to open.

All is well.
“We are held”

Pure love,
Sue

Trust

Yesterday
I gave three white feathers
to the shaman at my pet store.

Not as a performance.
Not as a transaction.
Just a thank you
for guiding me
to activate my Pink Light Sanctuary.

He took them gently.
Stroked them.
Paused.

“I feel purity in these,” he said.

Our eyes met.
No agenda.
No grasping.

Then he smiled, surprised, and said,
“Tomorrow is my birthday.”

And suddenly the feathers
felt like an early gift ~
not planned,
not owed,
just offered.

Later, I remembered
my mother’s envelope,
carefully labeled in her handwriting:
“Lucky Feathers.”

Trust doesn’t return all at once.
It comes back
in small, deliberate motions.

When I got home,
I called a modern-day goddess
I kinda worked for, in the summer of 2024.

I asked ~ simply ~
if her family needed anything.
I wanted her to know
how deeply grateful I am
for the way she, her husband,
and her daughters
helped pivot my collapse
into evolution.

She said,
“No, hon. We’re good.
I’m just happy you salvaged your land.”

That was enough.

I may not have Nancy.
I may not have my Pop.

But I have people
I choose carefully.
People I reach toward
with respect,
appreciation,
and care.

This is how trust is rebuilt —
not through promises,
but through presence.

One step.
One offering.
One honest exchange
at a time.

Seated in the Pink Light

She did not vanish.
She waited.

Held in glass and color,
in the patience of wisteria,
in the slow remembering of stone.

For years, she grieved her own essence ~
the way one mourns a language
once spoken fluently,
then lost to silence.

Beauty became something
she watched from a distance.
Light was something that passed through,
but did not always land.

And yet ~
the blue iris kept blooming.
Jasmine remembered how to open at dusk
and open my heart with fragrance.
Lilac softened the air without asking permission.
The yellow hydrangea held warmth and resilience,
a quiet promise that joy could return
without erasing what had been endured.

The pink rose did what roses do~
it stayed.

Now she is seated again.
Not disappearing into the glow,
but resting inside it.

Her wings are not for escape.
They are for authentic transformation ~
earned, embodied, irreversible.

The red radiates from her center,
not as urgency,
but as sovereignty.
Feminine.
Grounded.
Awake in her own skin.

This is the return of color
with structure beneath it.
Grace with ground.
Light that knows where it lives.

A sanctuary held.
A body reclaimed.
A life no longer postponed.

This is not a wish.
It is a milestone.

New Moon in Capricorn

This is the first New Moon of the year, 2026
and it arrives with gravity.

Not to hurry us,
but to ask us to anchor.

To build from what is true.
To trust what has endured.
To plant what we are willing to tend
over time.

What is placed into the soil now
etches itself into the future ~
into the timelines unfolding through us.

These are not just the creations moving through our hands,
our words, our work our becoming ~
they are the creations that return meaning to us.

Fulfillment.
Steadiness.
Solidity.
Purpose.
Remembering.
Rhythm.
Truth.
Authenticity.

What is planted here is meant to last.

Moral Repair

Dedicated to Vince ~

for honoring integrity, patience and the quiet work of getting it right.

The stones were placed to stop the flow.
Heavy. Intentional.
Certain they could block what mattered.

But water does not argue.
It does not harden.
It remembers its direction
and continues ~ around, beneath, through.

The bamboo did not snap to prove strength.
It bent without surrender.
Flexible. Rooted. Intact.

The Lenape River knows this.
It has traveled this way long before names,
long before obstacles believed they could last.
It moves past my home,
and carries on ~
all the way to your door.

Moral repair is not spectacle.
It is quiet movement
returning to its natural course.

Not triumph.
Not revenge.
Not collapse.

Just truth continuing anyway.
Just integrity, restored.

And those who know,
know.

Untamed, Unclaimed

She didn’t become herself all at once.
She remembered, slowly.

A loosening.
A soft return.
A smile that no longer asks
if it’s allowed.

Love once came with instructions ~
how to behave,
how to stay,
how not to leave herself behind.

But genuine love is quiet.
It doesn’t correct.
It listens.

And so she listens now ~
to her breath,
to her body,
to the part of her that always knew.

Untamed, not to shock ~
but to breathe.

Unclaimed, not from need ~
but from choice.

Wild, not because she is lost ~
but because she is finally home.

She is evolving
not toward approval,
but toward alignment.

Toward the woman
who wears her history without apology,
who keeps her name,
who knows that love ~ real love ~
does not demand surrender of the self.

It asks only one thing:

Be who you are.

And she is.

May what is true in me remain untouched.

Some moments don’t come with explanations ~ only quiet grace).

If anyone needs a little inspiration today, may this post bring a smile to your heart. 🌸

The Answer Was Not Mine to Hold

I have stopped asking
for the answer that explains everything.

Some movements do not arrive
with reasons attached.
They arrive
like mercy.
Like providence.
Like God passing through
without explanation.

The weight lifted
without my consent to understand.
Without negotiation.
Without a story I could follow.
Without asking me
to understand first.

Faith lives here ~
in trusting a God
who works invisibly,
who does not always speak,
but still acts.

Perhaps faith is simply this ~
trusting that God is at work
even when we can’t see the blueprint.
That meaning can move invisibly.
That our prayers truly are answered,
sometimes without explanation,
sometimes without words.

I tended the land
as an act of devotion.
I spoke prayers
into soil and silence.
Not to bargain with heaven,
but to stay aligned
with what is holy and sustaining.

Some outcomes are not rewards.
They are restoration.

I do not need to know
why the river changed its course
to kneel at the bank
and give thanks.

God does not always explain Himself.
Sometimes He simply makes a way.

Miracles do happen ~
often quietly,
often without announcement,
often arriving
before we’re ready to name them.

I stand amazed.
I stand grateful.
I release the hunger
to make it make sense.

I am still here.

And this ~
this is enough.

New Offering ~ By Phone

Over the years, many people have reached out feeling overwhelmed, disoriented or unsure what kind of support they actually need.

I’ve created a one-time phone session for those moments.

The Grounding & Clarity Call
(75–90 minutes · phone)

This is a single-session conversation for people who want:

• nervous system settling
• grounded perspective
• help sorting what’s trauma vs. circumstance
• clarity about next steps

It’s not therapy intake.
It’s not coaching hype.
And it’s not spiritual bypass.

A single session that:
• settles the nervous system
• restores internal authority
• differentiates trauma from circumstance
• returns the person to themselves

It’s a calm, thoughtful conversation designed to help you orient ~ whether or not you continue working with me afterward.

If this speaks to you, you’re welcome to reach out privately for details.

When the Earth Remembered Her Name

She did not rise by force.
She rose because the ground beneath her
remembered her weight
and did not give way.

The earth knew her footsteps.
It had held them through seasons of breaking,
through years when standing
cost more than falling.
When she leaned into it,
it leaned back.

Once, she tried to earn safety
by becoming smaller than her breath ~
by quieting her hunger,
by polishing herself into permission,
by learning the old spell of goodness
that promised love in exchange for disappearance.

But the body keeps its own scriptures,
and one day it spoke ~
not in anger,
but in law:

No more shrinking.
Only standing
that does not bruise the soul.

She learned the difference
between vigilance and wisdom.
Between danger and memory.
Between the eyes that measure
and the presence that blesses.

She stopped mistaking tension for truth.
Stopped calling endurance strength.
Stopped mistaking being chosen
for being seen.

Now she moves slowly on purpose.
Not because she is afraid,
but because nothing sacred
needs to be rushed.
What is real arrives
at the speed of trust.

She does not ask the world
to understand what she survived.
She does not offer proof,
or narrative,
or permission.

She asks only this:
that what enters her life
arrives clean.

And when she rests,
it is not collapse.
It is consecration.
It is the body saying yes
to the life it has already claimed.

May she be met
only by what is true.
