For many of our homebound patients at Vanguard Medical Group, especially those cared for through our Homecare Department, Thanksgiving can feel like just another day. Some don’t have the energy to prepare a meal, and others may not have loved ones nearby to share the holiday with.

That’s why our incredible Homecare team steps in — delivering not just Thanksgiving meals, but love, warmth, and a sense of community to some of our most vulnerable patients.

This year, they prepared and delivered meals on Thanksgiving morning. We’re so grateful for their compassion and dedication!
