Our gifted facilitators + space holders for this transformative weekend immersed in nature. 💖⬇️

🪷 Emily is leading our workshop on trauma, intuition, and somatic awareness, to help us better understand trauma in the body. Then, she will be sharing her gift of a restorative sound bath.

🌈 Abbi will be guiding us on moving energy through our bodies using conscious movement during her ta***ic chakra yoga on Saturday morning.

🔥 Around the fire, Madisun is leading a bonfire jam sesh to unleash our inner voice for a throat chakra activation song circle.

🙌 To our massage therapists, Taylor, Asher, and Leann who will be holding space + offering massage in between workshops throughout the weekend.

🦋 I am honored and so excited to be welcoming us + guide us into settling in during our welcome circle. I will leading our discussion on our energy fields, frequency, and sacred space holding.

And sharing some intuitive energy healing practices that we'll have the opportunity to practice with your fellow retreat sisters.
