Merry Christmas from the entire Winning Edge Family!

We may not have the most perfect or Pinterest-worthy space, and some days are beautifully messy (just like family life 😄), but what we do have is a whole lot of heart. Every person who walks through our doors is treated like one of our own—because that’s truly how we see you.

Our kids run through the clinc some days, our families pitch in during off hours, our team pours their passion into caring for this community. Winning Edge isn’t just a therapy clinic—it’s a family built on love, service, and a deep desire to support you in every season of life.

We wish you happiness, joy, and peace this Christmas and as we step into 2026 together. Thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and being part of what makes this place so special.

With grateful hearts,
❤️ The Winning Edge Team ❤️

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, I’m reminded how deeply He calls us into community—to walk alongside one another, encourage one another, and carry each other’s burdens. We were never meant to do life, or health, alone.

As we look ahead to the new year, my heart is really focused on gifting others with community and support in wellness—in a way that’s gentle, realistic, and rooted in caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

That’s why I’m helping host a 30-day online Wellness Reset beginning January 5th inside a private Facebook community. This isn’t about diets or extremes. It’s about real food, simple habits, faith-filled encouragement, and walking together.

Inside the group you’ll find:
🤍 Daily encouragement & education
🤍 Easy, realistic recipes
🤍 Short live wellness videos
🤍 A free digital recipe book with everyone’s favorite meals
🤍 And most importantly—community support

There is no cost, no pressure, and no obligation to buy anything. Come to learn, listen, gather ideas, and be encouraged—wherever you are in your journey.

🎁 The group opens December 26th
🌱 The reset runs January 5 – February 3

✨ And keep an eye out—I am also planning an in-person community gathering where we’ll come together to share the heart of this reset, connect face-to-face, and encourage one another in wellness and faith.

If starting 2026 with faith, fellowship, and sustainable wellness sounds like a gift you’d enjoy, I’d love to have you join us.

💬 Comment below and I’ll get you added, or message me and I’ll send you the invite when the group opens.

Merry Christmas ❤️

Athletes don’t break down because they aren’t training hard enough. They break down because their bodies aren’t supported well enough.

This series is great for the youth athlete, high school & college level as well as the weekend warriors & your every day gym goers!

Sam Wentz sees this every day as a strength coach working directly with athletes. Her own health story has been the catapult behind her passion. She understands firsthand that performance isn’t just built in the weight room—it’s built in the fuel, recovery, and daily habits that support the body behind the scenes. Her passion is helping athletes fuel their bodies so training actually sticks—and recovery doesn’t fall apart. Her approach bridges strength training with nutrition strategies that help athletes train harder, recover faster, and stay resilient.

Dr. Stephen Winner brings over a decade of experience as both a football coach and physical therapist. With recent advanced training in cutting edge concussion management, his focus has expanded beyond rehab to the gut–brain connection, showing how what athletes eat directly impacts brain health, nervous system recovery, and long-term performance.

Trina and Sandra will also chime in, sharing their insight as moms and wellness advocates—highlighting how caring for a parent’s own health, nutrition, and nervous system creates a powerful ripple effect that directly supports their children’s resilience, recovery, and long-term performance.

Together, they bring real-world coaching, clinical expertise, and practical nutrition strategies to help athletes become stronger, more resilient, and truly built to last. This series isn’t about doing more. It’s about supporting the body the right way—so athletes can perform, recover, and last.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

Lets spread some Christmas Cheer

As you all may know, Winning Edge is an Amazon Hub— and all of our hub drivers work hard every single day to keep things running smoothly especially during the coming weeks before Christmas. I want to take a minute to personally and publically thank all of them. But now you can thank them too

👉 Let’s remember to thank your hub driver!
A simple “thanks” can mean so much — and now it can do even more.

I am asking you to help with this simple action step

🙏 Type “thank my driver” on the Amazon shopping site or mobile app, or says “Alexa, thank my driver” to an Alexa-enabled device, the individual who completed that customer’s most recent delivery will receive a ‘thank you.’

Drivers can receive one thank you per delivery — and Amazon will give $5 per thank you to the driver who completed that delivery, until the first 2 million thank-yous are reached!

Let’s spread the appreciation! 🙌💛

🍁🧡 From Our Winning Edge Family to Yours… Happy Thanksgiving! 🧡🍁

Today, our hearts pause in gratitude.

We are thankful for the people God has woven into the story of Winning Edge—
🫶our patients, our families, our team, and the community that continues to trust us with their health, their healing, and their hope.🫶

Every day, we witness resilience, restoration, and small miracles inside these walls.
And we know that none of this happens by our strength alone.
God’s provision, guidance, and grace have carried us through each season, and we are grateful to serve in a place where faith and healing meet.

Nearly five years ago, Winning Edge started as a leap of faith—just a husband and wife believing God could use their hands, their gifts, and their heart for people to create something meaningful in a small town. We never could have imagined how He would grow it.

Since then, He’s blessed us not only with two more children, but also with an incredible team that has become family. Each therapist, each staff member, each patient who walks through our doors is a reminder of God’s provision and purpose.

This Thanksgiving, we are especially grateful for you—for allowing us to be part of your wellness, your story, and your community.

We pray your day is filled with peace, rest, and the warmth of loved ones.
May God bless your home, strengthen your body, renew your spirit, and remind you of His goodness—today and every day.

With full hearts,
Happy Thanksgiving 🧡
