Join us for a gentle winter gathering honoring the return of the light. We’ll settle into a few restorative yoga poses to unwind the body, move through an easy, nourishing flow, and pause for a simple light ceremony to mark the turning of the season.

To complete our time together, we’ll create an easy winter-themed piece—something small and meaningful you can take home to celebrate the solstice and carry its intention forward.
