Beginner’s Aerial Yoga Series
Instructor: Carrie Davidson
Dates: Sundays — November 30, December 7, 14, and 21
Time: 1:30 PM
Cost: $120 (No refunds)

Join us for a four-week Beginner’s Aerial Yoga Series designed for those new to aerial practice. Participants will learn the foundational techniques for safely using the aerial hammock to support strength, flexibility, and alignment. Each session will introduce progressive skills, including basic wraps, supported inversions, and gentle flows. No prior aerial or yoga experience is required.
