Friend check in💗🙌🏻💕 Nephrite Jade reminds us to stay connected to our Heart Chakra as well as nature, allowing the flow of life force energies radiate throughout our being. Safely continue to move your body in whatever direction is called to you! For me I went back to spinning class, it’s been years…I do really enjoy it! It gets me out of my emotional head and plugs me into my spiritual body, mental body as well as the physical! I would invite you to try something completely different that you potentially might love!

I’m often asked “how can you tell when for certain are you’re receiving a divine message?” Well here is how it typically works for me…
For the record I don’t like bugs …like seriously, yup I know we are in a barn! So this dude flys in a bit too close for my comfort so I jump up and go get my flyswatter …only to intuitively hear “ dont hit him he is only here to deliver a message” 😳 I get my favorite book to read what message he brought me!!!! Then I notice that he has completely passed out on a piece of our selenite …like put his head down almost snoring 😂 okay maybe not snoring!!!
