I took a moment this afternoon to pause and be thankful for where I am in my life and my career.

September marks eleven years of being a licensed massage therapist, though it took me a couple years to find my footing and go full-time. I’ve experienced a lot of personal ups and downs in the past eleven years, and even gone through injury and burnout that affected my work, but I am constantly so grateful to be making a living doing something I’m passionate about that brings purpose to my life.

I opened my own little massage studio on Memorial Day this year, and I am already busier than I could have dreamed! I am so thankful for each and every person I’ve connected with and been able to help feel better.
